Returns & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Once 30 days have passed, the item is considered "yours". All returned items must be unopened in their original packaging. Items that have already been assembled or opened will not be accepted.

To begin the returns process, you can email us at info@schoolcove.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Box up the item and mark the RA number on the outside of the package. We will issue a return label for you to print out and attach to the package before sending. Once received, we will inspect the item and upon approval, issue a refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same form of payment used to purchase the item. You won't be charged any shipping or restocking fees.

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not accept cancellations after an order has already been processed and shipped.
